Terms & Conditions Policy

Welcome to our hair salon and spa! By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Appointments and Cancellations:
a. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee.
b. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or modify your service.
c. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Payment and Gratuity:
a. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards & mobile payment options
b. Gratuity is not included in the service price, but it is appreciated. We suggest 15-20% of the total service cost as a guideline.

Service Guarantee and Returns:
a. We strive to provide excellent service to our clients. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to address your concerns.
b. We do not offer refunds for services rendered, but we may provide store credit or offer to redo the service at no additional cost.

Liability:
a. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of personal property that occurs on our premises.
b. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions that may occur due to a service. Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to your service.
c. We are not liable for any injuries that occur on our premises, unless they are caused by our negligence.

Personal Information:
a. We collect personal information from our clients for the purpose of providing services and maintaining accurate records. We will not share your information with any third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
b. We may use your contact information to provide you with promotional materials and special offers. If you do not wish to receive these communications, you may opt-out at any time.

Children:
a. We welcome children in our salon and spa, but we ask that they be accompanied by an adult at all times.
b. We reserve the right to refuse service to children who are disruptive or uncooperative.

Salon Policies:
a. Please respect the quiet atmosphere of our salon and spa by keeping your voice down and turning off your cell phone.
b. Please inform us of any special needs or requests prior to your service.
c. We reserve the right to modify our services and prices at any time without notice.
d. We reserve the right to modify our Policies & Procedures at any time without notice.
