Return and Refund Policy for Hair Salon and Spa
At our hair salon and spa, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality services and products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or service, we offer a return and refund policy as follows:
Returns
We do not accept returns on services. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of your service, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to make it right.
We accept returns on products within 14 days of purchase if the product is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
Refunds
We offer refunds for products that are returned in accordance with our return policy. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

We do not offer refunds on services that have been provided, except in cases where there has been a mistake or error on our part. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your service, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to make it right.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your appointment. We kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours' notice of any cancellations. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
